By now everyone knows the benefit of meditation and mindfulness. From alleviating stress, depression and anxiety to assisting with physical recovery, releasing addiction, soothing frazzled emotions right through to manifesting our goals and deep connection with the sacred. But how can we implement meditation and also self-care into our lives on a daily basis? How many out there have tried it once or twice and given up because you can’t seem to get to that quiet still place everyone seems to talk about?
In this half- day workshop we will be working towards helping you find your own meditation sweet spot, what works for you, what’s enjoyable for you and how you can bring the gentle peacefulness into your daily lives. We will also discover ways in which you can implement a solid self-care routine to help you navigate life's challenges.
This workshop is not just a simple meditation and slef-care class, we will be introducing many kinds of techniques, tools and methods to slow you down, to help balance your emotions and to access strengths and a sense of peace that we all have inside. Due to the vast array of techniques we will explore, this workshop is for beginners and advanced meditators alike. A light lunch and tea will be provided.
