One of the greatest challenges I have observed in my work is just how many people are suffering from debilitating anxiety in our current world. Severe anxiety is rampant and so many of us have no idea how to alleviate it let alone manage it.
My journey into the world of meditation came over 11 years ago from my own desperate need to manage this incredibly challenging byproduct of stress, fear, imbalance and disconnectedness.
In this 6 week course we will delve into where our anxiety comes from, why it is so very prevalent in todays world, tools with which we can manage it and practices that will keep it at bay. These are life saving skills that I have picked up along my own healing journey and I can not wait to share them with you all.
This course will be held live every Tuesday night at 7:00pm via Zoom, an extremely simple platform to use. We will gather as a community and there will be a support group to touch base with when you are feeling overwhelmed. If you are unable to make any of the sessions a recording will be made available 24 hours after the initial session however I encourage to you set aside this 60 minutes every week as a way of committing to your practice and your healing.
